Lovin the Animals

Okay so my camera just came in the mail this morning and we had to try it out, well mom did at least! Love it!! We went up to the barn to get some pics of the pigs since I haven't had a camera to take any pics of them.

This momma has 12 cute little babies, as you can tell they are a very mixed breed.
This little on is called "skunkamunka", as the kids call it. It has skunk like markings on his back.

You'd think this is Cody's litter of pigs but it is really Caley's, but she doesn't like to get in the pen with the big momma's. The babies are only 1 week old but growing fast!

This is the sow in the next pen she has a litter that is 3 weeks old and she always thinks she needs more feed. I think she really wants to run away from all 11 piglets that are always bugging her to eat!

Cody, Cole and Pete walked the steers and bull through the field back to the barn.

How cute is this?? Actually can't believe nobody got drug in this process!

Cody's bull named Root Beer. We had to come up with names one day and I said that he was the color of root beer. So..............

now we have Sprite too. Cole loves to help lead and can't wait to take his steer next year. His cow just had a bull calf the other day that he plans on using.

This is what Caley does so she stays out of trouble at the barn. Usually she plays in a mud puddle but there aren't any and she wore school shoes to the barn and they were bothering her, so she just goes barefoot.
